No. Customers tap with an NFC-enabled phone and your Google review page opens in their browser.
What opens when someone taps?
Your business's Google review page opens directly, ready for the customer to leave their rating and review.
Does it arrive ready to use?
Yes. We connect it to your Google review page and test the tap before dispatch, so you only need to peel, stick and use it.
What do you need from me?
Your business name and Google review link. If you do not have the link ready at checkout, we can collect it from you before configuring and dispatching the plaque.
Can I change the plaque design?
For now, Parea Link is sold in the blue-and-white Google review design shown throughout this page, keeping the product simple and immediately recognisable.
How long does delivery take?
Plaques are usually dispatched within 7-10 working days after ordering, then sent by Royal Mail First Class. Delivery usually takes another 1-2 working days and costs £3.60 per order.
Where can I put the plaque?
Place it on a counter or mount it on a clean, visible surface near payment, reception or wherever the customer experience naturally finishes.
