This page explains how Parea Link orders, delivery, returns and personal

We currently deliver to United Kingdom addresses only. Orders are sent
using Royal Mail First Class after each plaque has arrived with us,
been programmed and tested. Royal Mail delivery estimates are not a
guaranteed delivery date.
If a supplier or postal delay affects your order, we will contact you
using the email supplied at checkout. Unless a different timeframe is
agreed with you, we will deliver within 30 days or offer you the option
to cancel for a full refund.
Returns and cancellations

Before dispatch
You may cancel before dispatch by emailing
sam@horizonstud.io. If the
order has not been dispatched, we will refund the amount paid.
After delivery
We offer a 30-day return period beginning on the day you receive the
order. Tell us by email that you wish to return it, then send it back
within 14 days. The plaque should be unused, with its adhesive backing
intact, and returned in suitable packaging. You are responsible for
change-of-mind return postage and should obtain proof of posting.
For cancellations made within the statutory cancellation period, the
refund includes the standard outbound delivery charge. For voluntary
returns made after that period but within 30 days, the original
delivery charge is not refunded. We may reduce a refund if handling
has reduced the product's value. Refunds are issued to the original
payment method within 14 days of receiving the return or acceptable
proof that it was sent.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods
Contact us promptly with your order details and, where useful, photos
of the issue. Your statutory rights are not affected. Where goods are
faulty, damaged, not as described or incorrect, we will arrange an
appropriate repair, replacement or refund and cover reasonable return
costs where required.

Who we are
Parea Link is a product operated by Samuel Payne, a sole trader trading
as Parea. Our address is 4 River Walk, Llantwit Major, Vale of

Products and compatibility
Parea Link plaques use NFC to open the Google review URL supplied for
your business. NFC availability and behaviour depend on the customer's
device, settings and internet connection. You are responsible for
supplying an accurate link that you are entitled to use. Parea Link is
independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.
Orders and payment
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling. We are not VAT registered, so
no VAT is charged. Payment is collected securely by Stripe. An order is
accepted when payment is confirmed and we send or display confirmation.
We may contact you if information needed to configure the plaque is
missing or unclear.
Delivery, cancellation and returns
The delivery and returns sections on this page form part of these
terms. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be
excluded, including rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods.
Responsibility
We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these
terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude
liability where doing so would be unlawful. We are not responsible for
interruption caused by Google, mobile networks, internet providers or
a link supplied incorrectly by the customer.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Customers
retain any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings that
apply where they live.
Privacy notice
What we collect and why.
Samuel Payne trading as Parea is the controller of personal information
used for Parea Link orders. Questions and privacy requests can be sent
to sam@horizonstud.io or the
postal address in the contact section.
Information we use
Name, email address, delivery and billing address, and phone number.
Business name, Google review link and order instructions.
Order, payment status, correspondence and technical security records.
How it is used
We use this information to take payment, configure and deliver orders,
provide support, prevent fraud, keep accounting records and meet legal
obligations. The main legal bases are performance of our contract,
compliance with legal obligations and our legitimate interests in
operating and protecting the shop.
Who receives it
Stripe processes checkout and payment information. Hostinger provides
website hosting. Royal Mail receives the delivery information needed
to send your order. We do not receive or store your complete payment
card number and we do not sell personal information.
Retention and your rights
Order and accounting records are normally retained for up to six years
where needed for tax, legal and dispute purposes. Support messages may
be deleted earlier when no longer needed. Depending on the law, you may
ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or a copy
of your information. You may also complain to the UK Information
Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies and external services
This shop does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies.
Stripe may use essential security and fraud-prevention technologies on
its hosted checkout. External font and interface providers may receive
standard technical request information such as an IP address when page
resources are loaded.
